Jamhur Construction and General Service Company has project management systems which provides an effective project management and control tools. We use specialized software that allows for accurate costings which is fully integrated with our construction programme, Risk management schedules and progress check lists are completed on daily basis.
Site Supervisors hold the responsibility of the systematic monitoring and evaluation at each set task of the building and construction works to ensure high standards of quality are being attained throughout the course of the project. Staff are briefed daily and debriefed at the end of each day, variances are highlighted, and plans adjusted accordingly. We have a number of tools available to assist us with the efficient functioning of the project.

Codes, Standards, and Regulations
All work done by Jamhur Construction and General Service Company will meet or exceed all applicable building and construction rules and regulations and other local requirements. All engineer and design architects’ plans and specifications are in accordance with all codes and regulations. All construction materials and equipment are to be regularly checked and in good working order to prevent danger to employees, contraction workers, and neighbours.
Our Environmental and Safety Plans
A Special safety plans for jobsite conditions is always formulated by safety officer and who will be always onsite for induction purposes. All construction staff working at the jobsite will comply with safety plans implemented at each jobsite. Jamhur Construction and General Service Company has developed safe work rules and procedures that will be used on its jobsites, a copy is included with thejob specific safety plan.
Jamhur Construction and General Service Company is very conscious of its environmental responsibility and where possible we will use environmentally friendly products, Materials and services and as well comply environmental polices of host authorities.
We pride our self on maintaining a clean and tidy work site to minimize the impact on neighbors and the public.
Job Completion Policy – Handover
Jamhur Construction and General Service Company will not handover until the client, regulatory agencies, engineers, and project managers are completely satisfied with all aspects of the project and certify that construction facility is of expected standard.
Our company offers a window period of at least 12 Months as warranty period for facilities constructed and is obligated to rehabilitate any damages associated with poor quality of construction materials used or from the craftsmanship.
